Delrin Hera

Delrin Hera

from $55.00

This is the tool I use the most. It is almost always in my hand while working: to gently score tissue for repairs, delicate prying, lifting up tissue or paper, inserting small amounts of adhesive, pressing down repairs, lifting tape, etc….

The white version is very flexible at the tip, making it ideal for pigment consolidation and pressure sensitive tape removal. The super thin, translucent tip bends almost 90 degrees, allowing precise control of downward pressure while sliding under the tape carrier.

The black version is stiff, making it more useful for lifting, inserting adhesive, smoothing repairs, general smooshing, etc.

Some other uses. If you can’t decide between the two, I suggest purchasing both. I also use both of them during photography to hold things in place. They make excellent pointers for Zoom presentations. Delrin does not rust and is food safe. Delrin, approximately 7 x .25 x .25"
